Terms of Service.

Effective August 28, 2026

Welcome to Dad & Daddy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dad & Daddy, including our website, web application, features, content, subscriptions, and related services.

Dad & Daddy is operated by Alcantara-Rebeca LLC. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using Dad & Daddy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who Dad & Daddy is for

Dad & Daddy is designed primarily to support intended fathers building their families through gestational surrogacy.

The service provides tools, educational content, planning resources, memories, tasks, journals, and other features intended to help users understand what matters during the journey, feel connected, prepare thoughtfully, and preserve their family-building story.

Dad & Daddy may evolve over time, and not every feature described in our broader plans or communications is necessarily available today.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Dad & Daddy account.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding access to your account.

You may not impersonate another person, access another person’s account without authorization, or use Dad & Daddy for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

If you share a journey with a partner, each person should use their own account rather than sharing login credentials.

3. Shared journeys and partner access

Dad & Daddy is built around shared family-building journeys.

Where partner sharing is available, an invited partner may participate in the same qualifying journey without purchasing a separate subscription.

Some journey content may be shared between journey members. This can include information, tasks, memories, reflections, or other content that the product clearly identifies as belonging to the shared journey.

Before adding sensitive information, consider whether you are comfortable with your journey partner having access to it.

Billing ownership and journey access are separate. The person who makes a qualifying purchase manages billing for that purchase, while eligible journey members may receive the associated product access.

4. Educational information — not professional advice

Dad & Daddy provides general educational and organizational information.

The service does not provide medical, legal, mental-health, insurance, tax, or financial advice and is not a substitute for qualified professional care or guidance.

Pregnancy care belongs to the pregnant patient and their licensed healthcare professionals. Legal requirements vary by jurisdiction. Insurance coverage and financial obligations vary by policy, provider, contract, and individual circumstances.

You should use Dad & Daddy to help prepare questions, organize information, and understand topics to discuss with the appropriate professionals.

Do not delay or disregard professional care because of information provided through Dad & Daddy.

If you believe there is a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or healthcare provider.

5. User content and family-building information

You may choose to enter or upload content such as memories, journal entries, tasks, names, notes, photographs, dates, and other family-building information.

You retain ownership of the content you create.

You give Dad & Daddy the limited permission necessary to host, store, process, display, back up, and otherwise operate that content so we can provide the service to you and, where applicable, your authorized journey partner.

We do not obtain ownership of your family story merely because you use Dad & Daddy.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload is yours to use and does not violate another person’s rights.

Because surrogacy journeys may involve highly sensitive information about other people, please use care when entering information about a surrogate, child, partner, healthcare provider, or other third party.

6. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Dad & Daddy Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using the service.

Dad & Daddy treats pregnancy, surrogate, journal, memory, legal, insurance, family, and identity-related information as sensitive and designs the service with privacy in mind.

7. Free plan

Dad & Daddy currently offers a Free plan.

The Free plan includes access to the available Free experience and currently allows:

  • up to 3 Memory Vault entries per qualifying journey; and
  • up to 3 user-created custom tasks per qualifying journey.

System-generated or ritual-derived tasks do not count toward the custom-task allowance.

If you reach a Free-plan creation limit, existing qualifying content is not deleted merely because you reached the limit. Existing content remains available as supported by the product, while creation of additional qualifying content may require Plus access or deletion of qualifying content to restore capacity.

Dad & Daddy may modify future Free-plan features prospectively, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

8. Dad & Daddy Plus

Dad & Daddy Plus provides access to additional features and resources.

Current subscription options may include:

  • Plus Monthly — $7.99 per month
  • Plus Annual — $59.99 per year

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Paid subscription access applies to the qualifying journey under Dad & Daddy’s entitlement rules. Eligible partners participating in that journey do not need to purchase a second subscription solely to receive the shared Plus product experience.

Only the purchaser controls billing for the purchase.

9. Founding Journey Pass

Dad & Daddy may offer a Founding Journey Pass for a one-time price of $99.

Where available, the Founding Journey Pass provides Plus access for one qualifying journey under the terms presented at purchase, including the applicable post-birth access period.

The Founding Journey Pass is not lifetime access and does not automatically apply to unrelated future journeys.

Availability of the Founding Journey Pass may be limited.

10. Billing and payment

Paid purchases are processed through Stripe or another payment provider we may identify.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes.

For recurring subscriptions, your payment method may be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is canceled.

Dad & Daddy does not use a successful browser redirect from checkout as the sole basis for granting paid access. Paid access is activated based on confirmed payment and entitlement processing.

11. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription through the available billing-management experience.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

You may continue to receive Plus access through that period while the subscription remains eligible.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your existing family-building content.

12. Failed payments, refunds, and disputes

If a recurring payment fails, Dad & Daddy may provide a limited grace period while payment is retried or updated.

If payment is not successfully resolved, paid access may end in accordance with the applicable subscription lifecycle.

Refunds and payment disputes can affect the entitlement associated with the refunded or disputed purchase.

A refund or loss of Plus access does not, by itself, authorize Dad & Daddy to delete your existing user-created family content.

Refund eligibility may depend on the product purchased, the circumstances of the transaction, the terms displayed at purchase, and applicable law.

For billing questions, contact support@dadanddaddy.co.

13. Feature availability

Dad & Daddy is an evolving service.

Features may be added, improved, renamed, limited, replaced, or removed as the product develops.

Some features may be experimental, unavailable in certain locations, dependent on third-party services, or limited to specific plans.

We will not represent planned or future features as currently available when they are not.

14. Third-party services and links

Dad & Daddy may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, healthcare resources, agencies, hospitals, legal resources, social networks, or other websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Dad & Daddy does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent third-party services.

15. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the service;
  • attempt to bypass access controls or security measures;
  • access another user’s private information without authorization;
  • upload malicious code;
  • use automated means to scrape or extract protected service content without permission;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • use Dad & Daddy to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person;
  • falsely represent your identity or authority; or
  • use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

16. Dad & Daddy content and intellectual property

Dad & Daddy, its branding, interface, original written content, Journey Guides, educational frameworks, design elements, software, and other materials created by Dad & Daddy are owned by Alcantara-Rebeca LLC or used with permission.

These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

They do not give you ownership of Dad & Daddy’s intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, sell, commercially redistribute, or create unauthorized competing copies of protected Dad & Daddy content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

17. Service availability

We work to keep Dad & Daddy available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, security events, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please keep independent copies of information that you would need outside the service in an emergency or time-sensitive situation.

18. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Dad & Daddy is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.

We do not guarantee that every piece of educational content will apply to every pregnancy, surrogacy arrangement, jurisdiction, insurance plan, hospital, or family.

We do not guarantee a particular pregnancy, medical, legal, financial, family-building, or parenting outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alcantara-Rebeca LLC and Dad & Daddy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

This section is not intended to waive any non-waivable consumer rights.

20. Suspension or termination

You may stop using Dad & Daddy at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or threats to the service or other users.

Where practical and appropriate, we will seek to provide notice.

Account closure and deletion are also subject to applicable retention requirements, including legitimate financial, security, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Dad & Daddy evolves.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Dad & Daddy after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
